Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide to Mira Group. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or errors in service delivery.

Contact Details Provided by Customers: Customers, whether individuals or companies, must provide valid and accurate contact details to ensure proper service delivery. This includes:

For Individuals:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Mailing Address

  • Passport Details

  • Visa Details

For Companies:

  • Company Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Mailing Address

  • Company Registration Number

  • Authorized Representative's Name

  • Contact Details of the Authorized Representative

 

Legal Warning: Providing incomplete or inaccurate or false contact details may result in delays, errors, or the inability to deliver our services. Mira Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if inaccurate information is provided.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction where Mira Group operates.

10. Cancellation Policy

Mira Group understands that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a service. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service provided and is outlined as follows:

1. General Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the specific terms of the service booked.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the service and agreement terms.

2. Travel Services:

  • Cancellations of travel services, including flights, accommodations, and tours, are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Mira Group will assist in processing cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party providers.

3. Business Consultation and Real Estate Services:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation or service to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee equivalent to the agreed service rate.

4. Product Orders (Global Trade):

  • Cancellations of product orders must be made within 48 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, but customers may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to our return policy.

5. Special Conditions:

  • Certain services may have specific cancellation policies that override the general terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
